Dispatch Time

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment.
  • We offer Free Shipping Australia-wide for all orders within Australia.
  • For international orders outside of Australia, shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location at checkout.

Shipping Time

  • Within Australia: We use Standard Australia Post for all domestic shipments. The typical delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express Post within Australia: We also offer Express Post (at an additional cost), with delivery typically taking 1-3 business days within most areas of Australia. The cost of Express Post will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally using reliable couriers, including Australia Post and other trusted partners. Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your shipment via Australia Post or the relevant international courier service.

Customs and Duties for International Orders
Please note that for international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined by the destination country's customs office.
