Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Returns must be sent to the following address:
    CANINE VITAL - PO BOX 1011, CAMDEN NSW 2570, AUSTRALIA.
  2. Customers are responsible for posting the item back to us at their expense and select tracking, so that we can efficiently verify it has been received. 
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund, minus a $15 re-stocking and administration fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Canine Vital, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with our products. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied within the first 30 days, you’re covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. Simply return the product (even if it’s empty), and we will refund your entire purchase, minus any applicable $15 shipping and admin fee.

To return a product within the 30-day window:

  1. Contact our Support Team at Support@caninevital.com.au for return instructions.
  2. Please note, return postage is at your expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. We must receive the returned product within 45 days of the original purchase date for the refund to be processed.

We’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price (excluding $15 shipping and admin fee) once all items are returned in accordance with this policy. Adherence to these guidelines ensures that we can continue to provide quality products to pet parents while offering excellent customer service.

After we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damages or Issues
If your product is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please inspect the order immediately and reach out to us. We’ll help resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To receive the correct item, we recommend returning the unwanted product and placing a new order separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been inspected, and if approved, we’ll process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at Support@caninevital.com.au.
