At Canine Vital, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We offer both a 30-day change-of-mind return policy and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging with any tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

A $15 shipping and administration fee will be deducted from refunds for Australian orders to cover costs we have incurred. For international orders, the original shipping charges paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We're confident your dog will love Canine Vital. If you're not completely satisfied, you're covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase, and we'll arrange your return—even if the product has been opened or is empty.

Returned products must be received within 75 days of the original purchase date.

Once we receive your returned product, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at Support@caninevital.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
