Refer a Friend Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Canine Vital Refer a Friend Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to all Canine Vital customers aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Referrers must be existing Canine Vital customers.
1.3 Referred friends must be new customers who have not previously purchased any Canine Vital products.
2. How the Program Works
2.1 When you share your unique referral link with a friend:

The referred friend receives a 10% discount on their first purchase.

Once the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase, the referrer will receive a $20 discount code that can be used on their next purchase.
2.2 While you may refer to multiple friends, only one discount code may be used on any given purchase.
3. Restrictions
3.1 Referrers must act honestly and in good faith.
3.2 Referrals made using your own additional email addresses, household members’ emails, or any fraudulent method are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Canine Vital reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or withhold rewards if any abuse or misuse of the Program is detected.
3.4 Referrals from friends who are existing Canine Vital customers are not eligible for the reward.
4. Redemption
4.1 Referral rewards will be issued as discount code and are valid for 12 months from issuance.
4.2 Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. General
5.1 Canine Vital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
5.2 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
